Your Role And Responsibilities

IBM is the world leader in the space of Hybrid Cloud Integration, with market-leading products to suit any kind of Integration requirement. Our product, IBM Cloud Pak for Integration brings together our entire suite of Integration capabilities into a single consumable platform. Our team is working to develop the next generation of Integration software, focussing on adding AI and Automation to our already established capabilities, and maximising the value of Red Hat OpenShift onto which IBM Cloud Paks deploy.

Our product has received a huge amount of investment and industry focus, and we are in need of a new engineer to join our agile team in order to help us succeed on our next-gen mission.

We aim to frequently deliver continuous updates of our platform to market, and our development roadmap contains many key items to further enhance IBM's powerful set of Integration capabilities. Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 8+ years of experience with Programming languages such as Java, Go, JavaScript
• Development and testing software using automation frameworks
• Use of Git for source control and collaboration
• UNIX platforms with scripting using Bash
• Strong technical understanding shown by leadership of software components
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Web frameworks of Node and React
• IBM software development standards of SPBD and ITSS for secure and reliable engineering
• Container technologies such as Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Customer interactions via support or architecture and design reviews
