We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

Agentic AI Engineer

Build agentic AI solutions (multiagent orchestration, LLM integration, RAG) to automate operational tasks (alert triage, compliance diff, ticket enrichment, config remediation). Own endtoend platform: planning, tool adapters, execution safety, evaluation, observability, optimization

In This Role

• Build agents using CREW.AI orchestrator
• Design and develop agents for Planner, Retriever, Analyzer, Executor, Validator.
• Integrate with MCP ecosystems and enterprise platforms (Splunk, Oracle, PostgreSQL) for data access and actioning.
• Implement orchestration engine (task graph/state machine, retries, backoff, cancellation).
• Build tool adapter layer (ServiceNow, CMDB, REST APIs, Elasticsearch/Splunk search, Ansible, Kafka triggers).
• Integrate LLMs (prompt templates, structured JSON/function calling, fallback models).
• Implement RAG (chunking, embeddings, hybrid search for policies/runbooks/benchmarks).
• Define and enforce guardrails (schema validation, command whitelists, redaction, approval gates).
• Instrument platform (metrics, logs, traces) for success/failure, latency, token usage, cost.
• Build evaluation harness (accuracy, hallucination rate, action safety, cycle time).
• Optimize performance (parallel tool calls, prompt compression, embedding cache, model routing).
• Maintain prompt/catalog versioning and audit trails.
• Implement RBAC and leastprivilege service accounts.
• Containerize services (orchestrator, vector store, adapters) and manage CI/CD/testing.
• Run A/B experiments (model/provider, prompt variants) and feed results into routing logic.
• Produce architecture diagrams, runbooks, operational playbooks.
  
  

To be successful in this role,

• LLM integration (prompt engineering, structured output, guardrails).
• Agentic frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain agents/tools).
• RAG fundamentals (chunking, embeddings, vector/hybrid search).
• Event streaming (Kafka topic design, consumer groups).
• Backend (Python FastAPI/Flask or Node.js Express/Nest).
• Tool adapter/API integration (REST, CLI, ticketing, search).
• Observability (metrics, logging, tracing; OpenTelemetry familiarity).
• Security/RBAC, secrets management, audit logging.
• Data stores (SQL + vector DBs: Faiss/pgvector/Pinecone).
• Automated testing (pytest/Jest, prompt regression, contract tests).
