As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across India, Eastern Europe, Asia, and the UK, leveraging the latest technology stacks. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance, agile environment that drives successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that agile ceremonies are conducted efficiently, including remote collaboration with offshore teams when necessary.
- Maintain and ensure accessibility of agile artefacts, such as ticketing systems for workflow management, output metrics, and sprint records.
- Steer development teams towards delivering an optimal volume of high-quality outputs.
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles to team productivity and empower teams to resolve issues independently.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of work into the backlog.
- Balance commercial business needs with the importance of maintaining productive, engaged teams.
- Serve as a source of best practices in agile methodologies, process innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Foster an environment where teams feel confident to identify, discuss, and resolve challenges.
- Guide self-organizing teams to help them reach their full potential.
- Educate and coach new teams, individuals, and stakeholders on agile processes.
Requirements:
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master).
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant education.
- Familiarity with project tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio, TFS).
- Experience as a Scrum Master and using agile techniques (e.g., user stories, planning poker).
- Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of servant leadership and team facilitation.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and team empowerment.
- Ability to capture and communicate meaningful metrics.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SaFe).
- Experience in Agile Coaching to enhance team performance.
- Strong understanding of software development processes.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to motivate teams.
