Responsibilities:

• Ensure that agile ceremonies are conducted efficiently, including remote collaboration with offshore teams when necessary.
• Maintain and ensure accessibility of agile artefacts, such as ticketing systems for workflow management, output metrics, and sprint records.
• Steer development teams towards delivering an optimal volume of high-quality outputs.
• Proactively identify and remove obstacles to team productivity and empower teams to resolve issues independently.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of work into the backlog.
• Balance commercial business needs with the importance of maintaining productive, engaged teams.
• Serve as a source of best practices in agile methodologies, process innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Foster an environment where teams feel confident to identify, discuss, and resolve challenges.
• Guide self-organizing teams to help them reach their full potential.
• Educate and coach new teams, individuals, and stakeholders on agile processes.

Requirements:

• Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master).
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant education.
• Familiarity with project tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio, TFS).
• Experience as a Scrum Master and using agile techniques (e.g., user stories, planning poker).
• Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of servant leadership and team facilitation.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and team empowerment.
• Ability to capture and communicate meaningful metrics.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SaFe).
• Experience in Agile Coaching to enhance team performance.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to motivate teams.
