AI Data Engineer / AI Module Trainer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Data Engineer / AI Module Trainer who has hands-on experience in preparing and managing data for AI models, training AI modules, and enabling AI systems to interact intelligently with databases. The ideal candidate should understand how to train AI models to read structured and unstructured data and deliver accurate, context-aware responses to user queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into AI model objectives.
• Prepare and clean datasets for training and testing AI modules.
• Train AI/NLP modules to understand user queries and respond with relevant data from databases.
• Develop workflows to enable AI models to interact seamlessly with structured databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
• Fine-tune pre-trained AI models and optimize them for specific business use cases.
• Implement query understanding and intent recognition models.
• Collaborate with backend developers and data teams to ensure end-to-end data integration.
• Monitor and improve AI model performance over time.
• Ensure data security and privacy while training and deploying AI models.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML model training processes.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc.).
• Strong understanding of database systems (SQL & NoSQL).
• Ability to map user queries to database schemas and extract relevant data.
• Experience in designing conversational AI or chatbot frameworks is a plus.
• Exposure to REST APIs and data integration techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering is an added advantage.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,310.67 - ₹36,258.82 per month
