AI Engineer - Google ADK/Vertex AI Exp

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade AI agents and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-agent systems, LLM integrations, and AI orchestration, and will be responsible for developing scalable AI applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Gemini Enterprise workspaces, environments, runtimes, and agent orchestration workflows to support enterprise AI initiatives.
• Build, troubleshoot, and optimize complex multi-agent workflows using AgentSpace tools, connectors, and event-trace debugging.
• Develop agentic systems using Google ADK / CrewAI, including tool schemas, memory modules, and orchestration frameworks for production-grade AI solutions.
• Integrate custom-built agents and enterprise logic into Gemini Enterprise, creating a unified AI environment with centralized governance and usability.
• Implement access control, enterprise data context, and lifecycle management to ensure agents operate securely within organizational systems.
• Design and implement Generative AI and LLM-powered applications, including fine-tuning models such as GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, or similar architectures.
• Build multi-agent autonomous workflows that interact with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems to automate end-to-end business processes.
• Implement function calling and tool integrations to enable LLMs to interact with external services, monitoring tools, and internal systems.
• Utilize Google Cloud Operations Suite for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting AI workloads, with working knowledge of Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions.
• Ensure secure integrations using OAuth2, SAML, and enterprise SSO flows, integrating identity providers such as Okta or Entra ID.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience with AgentSpace tools and multi-agent orchestration workflows.
• Hands-on expertise with Google ADK / CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, libraries, tool schemas, and memory modules for building enterprise agentic systems.
• Proven experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including model fine-tuning and agentic workflows.
• Solid knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services, including Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, and Cloud Operations Suite.
• Familiarity with Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions for building scalable AI pipelines.
• Deep understanding of enterprise authentication and identity systems, including OAuth2, SAML, SSO, and integration with IdPs such as Okta or Entra ID.
• Experience implementing RBAC, API security, and enterprise governance models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of data structures, API integrations, and scalable backend architecture for AI applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
