AI Engineer - Internship

Overview

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and fine-tune LLM and NLP pipelines, including inference, prompting, and evaluation for multilingual (Indian language) use cases.
2. Work with self-hosted model serving (llama.cpp, GGUF quantization) and integrate models into FastAPI backend services.
3. Support development of voice and translation pipelines (STT, TTS, VAD) and experiment with latency optimization.
4. Assist in data preparation, embedding generation, and building retrieval and search components.
5. Write clean, documented Python code, run experiments, and report results with clear metrics.

Stipend:

INR₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month

Skills required:

Python, Git, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, FastAPI, PyTorch, Hugging Face and LLM evaluation

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Pursuing or completed B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
2. 2. Hands-on experience with Python and at least one ML framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
3. 3. Familiarity with LLMs, Hugging Face, or NLP projects (academic or personal) is a strong plus.
