Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement advanced AI/ML models for real-world applications.
- Develop deep learning and ML algorithms for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Optimize/ fine-tune models for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Stay current with AI advancements and contribute to publications, patents, or open-source projects.
- Work with large datasets, build data pipelines, and ensure data quality.
- Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and build AIOps pipelines.
- Leverage AI platforms like Hugging Face/GitHub to download and fine-tune pretrained models.
- OptimizeLLM interactions through advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for enhanced AI response generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Publications in top AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience working with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
- Experience with AI, Deep learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.
- Worked with agentic frameworks like (not limited to) Langgraph, LlamaIndex, Smolagents / others.
- Experience in REST API development and NoSQL database.
- Experience with unstructured data.
- Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with cloud services, MLOps, and model deployment.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative AI, or large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a research-oriented mindset.
