AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Engineer with 0–2 years of experience. The ideal

candidate will assist in the development and implementation of AI/ML models, data preprocessing, and feature

engineering, contributing to innovative projects in areas like NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.

Proficiency in Python, a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, and eagerness to stay updated with

advancements in AI are essential. Candidates with experience in cloud platforms, database systems, or AI-specific

tools and frameworks will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Preparation
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Machine Learning and Model Development
• Build and implement machine learning models to address business challenges.
• Perform model optimization and validation to improve performance.
• Visualization and Reporting
• Create visual dashboards and reports to effectively communicate data findings.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaboration and Integration
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data solutions.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of models in production systems.
• Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in data science and

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or containerization tools (Docker).
• Exposure to specific AI domains like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or
  
  

Reinforcement Learning through academic projects or internships.

• Knowledge of SQL and database systems.
• Any personal projects or contributions to open-source AI initiatives.
• Understanding of Transformer architecture ("Attention is All You Need") and transformers like BERT, Distil
  
  

BERT, etc.

• Knowledge of Gen AI technologies, Lang Chain, Lan graph, RAG, and Vector DB.
