AI Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various business use cases.
• Preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured data (text, image, video, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Conduct model validation, tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in AI and ML.
• Document processes and maintain clear version control using tools like Git.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI projects.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Understanding of REST APIs and deploying models via Flask/FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series forecasting.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data pipelines.
• Contributions to open-source or AI/ML competitions (Kaggle, etc.).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is a bonus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
