AI Engineer

Overview

Job Summary:

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions

using AWS SageMaker and other AI tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to

analyze data, identify patterns, and propose optimized solutions in the health insurance

domain. Your expertise will directly contribute to making strategic business decisions and

enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and deploy machine learning models on AWS SageMaker for classification,

prediction, and recommendation systems.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into

technical solutions.

 Explore large and complex healthcare-related datasets to derive actionable insights and

build intelligent systems.

 Integrate models and algorithms with production systems and APIs.

 Apply NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models (where applicable) to solve

domain-specific challenges.

 Evaluate model performance, perform error analysis, and implement improvements.

 Keep abreast of the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and tools in the healthcare and

insurance industry.

 Ensure all solutions comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations (e.g.,

HIPAA).

 Present findings and model outputs to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a

clear and concise manner.

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related

field.

 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.

 Strong hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker (model training, deployment,

endpoint management).

 Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn,

Pandas, NumPy.

 Solid understanding of health insurance workflows, claims processing, or healthcare

data formats (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is highly preferred.

 Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.

 Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues in healthcare AI applications.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹100,000.14 - ₹160,000.59 per month
