Overview

We’re hiring at HostBuddy.io, a fast-growing AI startup reimagining commerce with multimodal and Large Language Models.

Join our Agent Studio team, where we build and scale voice and vision-powered agents that act as cashiers, marketers, and managers — deployed in fast casual restaurants and retail brands.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance multimodal LLMs (voice + vision) tailored for real-world commerce

Work with foundation models like OpenAI, Gemini 2.5, and open-source LLMs

Build agent pipelines with RFT and apply best practices in observability and performance tuning

Develop full-stack features in Java, Python, and cloud-native environments

Contribute to prebuilt agents in our rapidly growing Agent Studio

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as a full stack developer

Strong in Java or Python, familiar with REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Excellent communication skills

Remote or in-office flexibility

Pay: ₹297,445.02 - ₹1,369,909.26 per year
