About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and scaling machine learning and GenAI (LLM-based) solutions across business domains. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to turn innovative ideas into impactful solutions using state-of-the-art cloud technologies and MLOps practices.
What you will do:
- Develop, Train, Test, and Deploy Machine Learning and GenAI-LLM models.
- Collect, Clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets for AI/ML training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
- Design and implement scalable AI services and pipelines using Python and Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).Continuously improve model performance through tuning, optimization, and retraining.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices to use IaC to deploy models into production and industrialising the business solution
The skills you bring:
- Strong expertise in AWS services: Glue, SageMaker, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, IAM, etc.
- Solid programming skills in Python and experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
- Experience with DevOps/MLOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in ML/AI model development and deployment.
