About The Role
We are seeking skilled and motivated AI Engineers to join a client engagement focused on on-premise AI/ML development. You will be working with open-source large language models (LLMs) such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, and Mistral to design, deploy, and optimize solutions. Strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms are essential for this role.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and fine-tune open-source LLMs in on-premise environments.
- Write clean and efficient Python code for solving algorithmic and system-level challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI solutions.
- Participate in debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization activities.
- 4–6 years of experience in Python development with strong problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in core data structures and algorithms.
- Prior experience with on-premises AI/ML model deployment, preferably with LLaMA, Mistral, or DeepSeek.
- Proficient in solving problems such as:
- Grouping anagrams
- Array rotation
- Linked list operations
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Hands-on experience in fine-tuning and customizing open-source LLMs.
- Knowledge of model optimization and performance tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with Linux-based development environments.
