AI Engineer (4-6 Years Experience)
Role Summary
We're looking for a talented AI Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our innovative team. You'll be instrumental in developing, optimizing, and deploying our core AI Matching Engine, driving intelligent resource-to-request assignments that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize the AI Matching Engine, primarily focusing on Python or C# scoring services.
Implement and refine matching algorithms based on location proximity, competencies, availability, resource attributes (e.g., driver status), and workload balance.
Integrate the AI matching layer with backend services and ensure efficient data flow for the matching process.
Potentially develop and train ML models for preference learning to continuously improve matching accuracy.
Collaborate closely with backend and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration of AI functionalities into the platform.
Contribute to data engineering efforts, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence for AI models.
Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations, focusing on data minimization and encryption for AI-related data processing.
Utilize and contribute to DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) for CI/CD of AI services.
Required Skills & Experience
4-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
Strong proficiency in Python or C# for developing AI/ML solutions.
Hands-on experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data modeling.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Generative AI/LLMs/SLMs concepts is a plus, depending on specific project needs.
Familiarity with database interactions for data retrieval and storage.
Experience with Docker for containerizing AI services.
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) for deploying AI models and services.
Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tools like GitHub Actions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in data-driven contexts.
Nice to Have
Experience with MLOps best practices.
Knowledge of geographical data handling in AI applications.
Background in reinforcement learning.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
