About the Role

We're looking for a full stack engineer with a passion for applied AI and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering leadership and our AI team to prototype, build, and scale the next generation of AI-native enterprise agents.

This is an immersive opportunity to deepen your expertise in large language model applications, AI-native system design, and human-AI interaction—while learning how fast- moving AI companies operate from the inside. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the latest model capabilities, contribute to internal experimentation, and help translate cutting-edge AI ideas into real-world enterprise tools.

What You'll Do

● Design, build, and iterate on full stack systems that power enterprise AI agents from concept to deployment

● Research and evaluate new approaches to agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model alignment

● Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines that feed our knowledge graphs and agentic RAG systems

● Develop interfaces that make complex enterprise workflows feel intuitive for non-technical users

● Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve UX and usability for enterprise users

● Share learnings, document findings, and contribute to the evolution of best practices

● Participate in peer reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical deep dives with our global team

● Leverage AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and other development tools for 80% of your development workflow

Ideal Candidates Have

● 3+ years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role, preferably in enterprise or AI environments

● A strong foundation in TypeScript, React, Next.JS, and NodeJS for building frontend and API-first experiences

● Solid Python skills for AI backend development, data processing, and integration with AI systems

● Experience building data ingestion pipelines and working with enterprise data sources

● Experience working in fast-paced environments with a track record of rapid learning and iteration

● Interest in research, rapid prototyping, relentlessly curious on new AI changes, and contributing to knowledge-sharing within the team

● Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI infrastructure

● Familiarity with enterprise service management platforms or workflow automation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
