AI & Automation Solution Development

Must Have
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven and automation solutions, including conversational AI, document intelligence, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Contribute to rapid proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, helping to build, test, and iterate on new ideas.
- Support the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from initial development to cloud deployment and optimization.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing business platforms and enterprise systems under guidance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, primarily in Python, for AI and automation solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high technical standards.
- Learn and apply best practices in AI, machine learning, and automation.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and trends.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and platform specialists.
- Assist in communicating technical concepts and project progress to various audiences.
- Support the team in aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
You’re a great fit for the AI Developer role if your background includes:
Must Have
- 1-4 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and/or Automation roles.
- Hands-on experience with developing and deploying AI solutions, with a foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, RAG architectures) and/or Agentic AI principles.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and basic understanding of deployment processes.
- Basic understanding of data pipelines and MLOps concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with specific Generative AI frameworks or libraries.
- Exposure to building or working with multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with document understanding techniques, such as data extraction or OCR.
- Experience using modern AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in AI/ML
