The Role

As a AI Engineer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 3+ Years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role Responsibilities

• As an AI Engineer, you will help design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions that advance our digital capabilities and create real value for our clients.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Work on Valtech’s various AI Accelerators
  
  

Must Have Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices including source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and managed AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI development.
• Understanding of AI Concepts like LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, MCPs. Stay updated with the latest AI research and technologies.
• Prior involvement in MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation of AI workflows.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, with a willingness to share ideas and collaborate.
• Zeal to learn & Excel.
