Position: AI Engineer Intern
Location: Delhi (Hybrid; Saturdays in office)
Duration: 6 months (with Prospect of Pre-Placement Offer)
Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
Eligibility: 3rd year / 4th year Undergraduate (Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or related disciplines)

Role Summary
As an AI Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in building and deploying intelligent systems that support conversational automation and data analytics capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement machine learning models, optimize existing AI components, and contribute to developing scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement and business performance.
This internship will expose you to real-world challenges in** AI engineering, production-oriented workflows, and integration of models** into live business systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models relevant to classification, NLP, or conversational analytics.
2. Support integration of AI components into backend services and user-facing platforms.
3. Participate in feature engineering, model testing, and iterative refinement of AI/ML pipelines.
4. Write clean, modular code and documentation for developed models and systems.
5. Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy models to staging environments and monitor performance.
6. Research and experiment with new AI/ML techniques that can improve product capabilities.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues identified during development and testing cycles.
8. Required Skills
9. Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field (3rd/4th year).
10. Solid programming skills in Python (primary) and familiarity with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
11. Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, data preprocessing, and evaluation metrics.
12. Interest in natural language processing and conversational AI technologies.
13. Eagerness to learn, strong analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setup.
14. Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly in written and verbal form.

Preferred (Plus) Qualifications

1. Experience with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face).
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
3. Exposure to building APIs or microservices for ML model serving.
4. Understanding of data pipelines and experimentation frameworks.
