Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Engineer to join our global team in developing the next generation of enterprise systems. We want to processes and design the next generation of AI applications while optimizing industry best practices to meet modern tooling. They will collaborate with a team of engineers to develop intelligent AI systems, create prototypes, and bring machine learning applications to production.

Responsibilities include writing software leveraging data and AI tooling/frameworks, testing for quality, deploying models to the cloud, and analyzing data to build predictive models, agents, their orchestrations, and AI features. This role focuses on building agentic, multimodal, and memory-augmented AI applications using cutting-edge frameworks and models. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern tools such as LangGraph, Lang Chain, MCP, Graph, A2A, and be adept at integrating advanced models like OpenAI's o1/o3, Anthropic Claude, Google's Gemini, Meta's Llama 4 and other SLMs. The AI Engineer will help reimagine our systems from the ground up, develop intelligent AI systems and solutions, including high-level architecture designs, code development, evaluation, and operationalizing solutions at scale. They will partner with a team of software, data, ML, and applied engineers to build high-performing applications that interact with large-scale distributed systems. The AI Engineer is responsible for driving innovation and improving operational efficiency through robust AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, and Deploy AI Agents: Utilize frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain to enable complex task automation and conversational workflows.
• Integrate and Fine-tune Models: Work with state-of-the-art models, including OpenAI's o1/o3, Google's Gemini, and Meta's Llama 4, for applications such as text generation, image creation, and code synthesis.
• Implement Multi-Agent Systems: Leverage protocols like Anthropic's Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Google's Agent2Agent (A2A) to facilitate inter-agent communication across different platforms.
• Develop Memory-Augmented Systems: Utilize long-context models and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to bring AI solutions from concept to production.
• Stay Abreast of Advancements: Keep up with the latest advancements in AI/ML and contribute to the team's knowledge base and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with AI Frameworks and Tools: Proficiency with modern AI frameworks and tools, including LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Hands-on Experience with LLMs and SLMs: Experience with large language models (LLMs) and small language models (SLMs), including OpenAI's o1/o3, Google's Gemini, and Meta's Llama 4.
• Understanding of Multi-Agent Systems: Knowledge of multi-agent systems and protocols like MCP for server tooling, A2A for agent communication, short and long term memory.
• Familiarity with MLOps Practices: Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred:

• Experience with Memory-Augmented AI Systems: Knowledge of memory-augmented AI systems and long-context models.
• Prompt Engineering and Data Preprocessing: Experience in prompt engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
• Passion for AI Innovation: A passion for exploring the frontiers of AI and contributing to innovative solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
