We are looking for an AI Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Frameworks, along with a solid foundation in data structures, probability, and statistics.

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models for real-world applications.
• Work with multiple LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.), understanding their strengths and limitations.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM interactions.
• Work with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI to build intelligent workflows.
• Leverage AI platforms like Hugging Face for model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Design and develop scalable system architectures using FastAPI, Unicorn, and AI pipelines.
• Apply expertise in data structures, linear algebra, probability, and statistics to AI problem-solving.
• Understand and apply ML engineering processes and evaluation metrics, including:
• Model development stages (Development, Validation, Testing, and techniques like k-fold cross-validation).
• Performance evaluation metrics (Confusion Matrix, Precision, Recall, F1-score, etc.) to assess model accuracy and reliability.

• Excellent communication skills in English—ability to articulate AI concepts clearly.
• Strong hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering for LLM-based applications.
• Experience working with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.).
• Good understanding of system architecture, including FastAPI and Unicorn.
• Strong foundation in Data Structures, Linear Algebra, and Probability & Statistics.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms like Hugging Face for model hosting and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Expertise in at least one deep learning architecture, such as Transformers, Seq2Seq Models, GANs, or Diffusion Models.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or AI.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience as an AI Engineer.
