AI Engineer (Agents & Orchestration) - Internship

Overview

About the internship:

You will design, build, and deploy AI agent systems that operate in real-world environments. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on agent orchestration, LLM integration, and solving reliability challenges that differentiate working prototypes from production-ready products.

You will learn quickly, take ownership of features end-to-end, and see your work deployed rapidly.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and maintain AI agent workflows using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
2. Implement agent orchestration logic, including state management, tool calling, memory, retries, and fallback mechanisms.
3. Integrate LLMs with real-world infrastructure such as telephony, WhatsApp, email, CRMs, and vector databases.
4. Debug and improve existing systems, including code developed by other team members.
5. Monitor AI agents in production and resolve issues as they arise.
6. Contribute ideas related to system architecture, scalability, and reliability.

Other Requirements:

1. Required Skills:
2. 1. Working knowledge of Python.
3. 2. Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph; candidates should have built at least one working project using these technologies.
4. 3. Understanding of AI agent concepts, including prompts, tool usage, control flow, and common failure scenarios.
5. 4. Comfort working with APIs, Git, and independently reading technical documentation.
6. 5. Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
7. Good to Have:
8. 1. Exposure to RAG systems such as FAISS or Qdrant, or workflow automation tools like n8n.
9. 2. Experience with voice AI platforms such as ElevenLabs, Twilio, or Exotel, or messaging integrations.
10. 3. Familiarity with Next.js or Supabase for full-stack development.
11. 4. Side projects, GitHub contributions, or experience building and deploying independent projects.
