You will work on AI-driven learning solutions, but also explore areas like process automation, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enhanced user experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop & optimize AI models for learning, operational efficiency, and automation.
- Fine-tune & deploy LLMs (GPT, BERT, open-source models) for real-world use cases.
- Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and analytics tools.
- Improve AI-driven decision-making for better operational & organizational insights.
- Deploy models on AWS/GCP/Azure ensuring scalability & efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to solve critical challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Programming Skills – Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Hands-on ML/DL Experience – You’ve built, fine-tuned & deployed models in production.
- LLM & NLP Expertise – GPT, BERT, vector databases, prompt engineering.
- Interest in AI Beyond Learning – Exploring AI in operations, automation, analytics.
- MLOps & Deployment – Experience with model fine-tuning, serving, and monitoring.
- A Problem-Solver Mindset – You love iterating fast, taking ownership, and solving real challenges.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have, but Not Required)
- Experience with AI-driven analytics, automation, or intelligent search systems.
- Understanding of Graph AI, Knowledge Graphs, or AI-powered search systems.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
