About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned AI Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience in developing, deploying, and scaling AI/ML solutions. This role is ideal for a passionate technologist who thrives on solving complex problems using machine learning, deep learning, and data science methodologies. You will lead and contribute to high-impact AI projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value through innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End AI Solution Delivery:
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions across business domains.
• Model Development & Optimization:
• Implement, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Leadership & Mentoring:
• Provide technical leadership to junior AI engineers, guide architectural decisions, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Data Engineering & Feature Engineering:
• Lead data preprocessing, transformation, and feature extraction from large and complex datasets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Model Deployment & Monitoring:
• Deploy models in production using cloud platforms and MLOps best practices. Monitor and maintain model performance in real-time environments.
• Research & Innovation:
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML and integrate the latest tools, frameworks, and methodologies into ongoing projects.
• Code Quality & Documentation:
• Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code with thorough documentation and use of version control systems like Git.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• 8 to 12 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions.
• Education:
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical discipline.
• Programming Proficiency:
• Expert-level knowledge of Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, etc.
• ML/DL Expertise:
• In-depth experience with both supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and model evaluation metrics.
• Data Handling:
• Strong skills in working with large-scale datasets, data wrangling, and preprocessing.
• Version Control:
• Proficient in using Git and collaborative software development tools.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Machine Learning & AI:
• Strong understanding of regression, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Experience with model tuning, cross-validation, feature selection, and dimensionality reduction.
• Deep Learning & Neural Networks:
• Hands-on experience with CNNs, RNNs, and architectures like ResNet, VGG, LSTM, etc.
• Familiarity with computer vision tasks like image classification, object detection, and segmentation.
• Software Engineering:
• Sound knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
