Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr. / AI Technology Lead who brings strong full-stack and cloud architecture experience, with hands-on skills in React, Node.js, and Python. You should be passionate about modern system design, have experience leading large-scale solution delivery, and demonstrate a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm to learn and build with AI technologies.

If you have already led or contributed to an AI-based project, that’s a plus — but if not, a strong learning mindset and readiness to experiment is what we value most.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ownership of solution delivery for a client project (typically involving 2 to 3 scrum teams) — from requirement gathering and architecture to deployment and monitoring
• Design scalable system architectures combining modern full-stack frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and emerging AI components
• Make key architectural decisions around frameworks, patterns, and technology stacks to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Drive solution architecture during pre-sales, working closely with clients and internal teams to define compelling and feasible technical proposals
• Connect the dots across multiple technical and business threads — simplifying complexity and aligning stakeholders to a clear architectural vision
• Ensure production readiness with observability, security, performance tuning, and fault tolerance built-in
• Mentor development teams, review implementation approaches, and guide best practices across the stack

Required Skills & Expertise

A. Software Development & Architecture

• Strong full-stack development experience with hands-on expertise in React and Node.js
• Very good knowledge of at least one cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in system architecture and design — microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, messaging queues, event-driven systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code
• Strong programming skills in Python, with exposure to FastAPI, Celery, Redis, and Kafka
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams

B. AI, ML & Agentic Systems (Experience in at least one of the following areas is desirable)

• Agentic AI concepts: cognitive agents, task planning, multi-agent orchestration (MCP), agent-to-agent (A2A) communication
• Cloud-native AI platforms such as Amazon Bedrock (Bedrock Flows, AgentCore) or Azure AI Foundry / Logic Apps
• LLM frameworks and ecosystems: LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, or RAG pipelines
• Machine learning fundamentals: model lifecycle, feature engineering, integration, or evaluation
• Exposure to Responsible AI, explainability (SHAP/LIME), or model observability (Prometheus, WhyLabs)

Required Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical discipline
• 8–15 years of total experience, including 2–3+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership
• Proven delivery of at least one end-to-end production-grade solution (AI-driven preferred but not mandatory)
