Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain real estate websites, portals, and mobile-friendly applications.
2. Implement AI-driven tools such as property recommendation engines, customer chatbots, and virtual assistants.
3. Integrate CRM systems, payment gateways, property management software, and APIs for seamless business operations.
4. Build data dashboards for predictive analytics (property demand, pricing trends, buyer behavior).
5. Optimize website speed, SEO, and user experience for higher lead conversions.
6. Work with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to automate lead capturing, nurturing, and customer engagement.
7. Ensure data security, scalability, and seamless integration with third-party platforms.
8. Stay updated with proptech innovations and recommend AI solutions to improve business efficiency.

Other Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in computer science, data science, IT, or related field.

2. Proven experience in web development for real estate, e-commerce, or customer-facing portals.

3. Strong knowledge of front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js.

4. Proficiency in back-end: Node.js, Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI), PHP, or similar frameworks.

5. Experience with AI/ML libraries & APIs (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).

6. Familiarity with real estate CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or custom CRM integrations).

7. Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

8. Strong grasp of SEO, website analytics, and lead conversion optimization.
