About the Role
We are looking for an AI‑first web developer who can rapidly build and improve websites, landing pages, and funnels using tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and modern web tech. Your main job is to ship high‑converting experiences fast by combining WordPress / frontend skills with AI coding agents, not by hand‑coding everything from scratch.
What you’ll do:
- Build and improve marketing websites, landing pages, and funnels (WordPress, HTML/CSS/JS, basic React/Next.js) with a clear focus on speed and conversion.
- Use AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to generate, refactor, and ship production‑ready code quickly.
- Turn Figma/wireframes or reference sites into live pages using AI agents plus your own frontend skills.
- Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta/Facebook Pixel, basic conversion events) for key funnels.
- Implement simple automations (Zapier/Pabbly/Albato or similar) to connect forms, CRMs, and internal tools and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams on experiments: new offers, new pages, A/B tests, and rapid iterations based on data.
Must‑have skills:
- Strong experience with WordPress and frontend: themes, page builders, and custom code (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools for development (e.g., ChatGPT with code, Claude Code, Codex, Replit, etc.).deeplearning+5
- Comfort with building conversion‑focused landing pages and funnels, not just static sites.
- Basic experience with analytics/tracking: GA4, GTM, pixels, events, and debugging tags.
- Mindset: ownership, speed, and willingness to experiment, break things, and improve.
Nice to have:
- Experience with React or Next.js for marketing sites or simple product UIs.
- Experience in performance marketing environments (Meta/Google Ads) or B2B SaaS/growth teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead‑routing automations (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
