About the job:
Namoza is building the next-gen Business Growth Manager for hyperlocal businesses. Our mission is to empower small and medium businesses with digital tools to grow their online presence, attract more customers, and manage their growth seamlessly.
We are looking for a hands-on Android App Developer who can bring our vision to life by building smooth, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, test, and deploy Android applications for Namoza (preferably using React Native).
2. Build intuitive, clean, and responsive UI/UX aligned with modern app standards.
3. Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into functional apps.
4. Optimize apps for performance, security, and scalability.
5. Integrate APIs, third-party services, and in-app features (payments, notifications, analytics, etc.).
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve app stability and usability.
7. Take ownership - from prototyping to publishing apps on the Google Play Store.

Other Requirements:
1. Someone who loves building apps and has actually created and launched their own app(s).
2. Strong in React Native (preferred) or Android (Java/Kotlin) development.
3. Comfortable working with REST APIs, Firebase, authentication, and push notifications.
4. Hands-on experience with app deployment and Play Store publishing.
5. A problem-solver who values speed + quality.
6. Bonus if you’ve worked on business apps, SaaS, or marketplaces.
