About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain Android apps using Flutter (Dart) and Native Android (Kotlin/Java).
2. Implement WebSocket connections for real-time communication (e.g., consultation/chat updates).
3. Integrate audio/video calling using SDKs like Agora, Jitsi, or WebRTC.
4. Configure and manage Kiosk Mode for restricted-use devices.
5. Integrate and manage Push Notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
6. Collaborate with backend team to integrate REST APIs built in Flask.
7. Convert UI/UX designs from Figma or Adobe XD into functional mobile interfaces.
8. Manage Play Store deployments, release cycles, and crash monitoring.
9. Debug, optimize, and maintain app performance across multiple devices.

Other Requirements:

2. Prior hands-on experience with calling, notifications, WebSocket, or kiosk-mode apps.

3. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

4. Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
