About the job:

We are looking for a skilled and performance-focused Flutter Developer with 2 years of experience to build high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter and a deep understanding of cross-platform development for Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter applications
2. Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and write unit and integration tests
3. Identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure smooth, native-like performance
4. Collaborate effectively with backend, product, and design teams
5. Optimize apps for speed, scalability, memory usage, and responsiveness
6. Ensure secure coding practices and data protection standards
7. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers

5. 5. Experience with local storage solutions like Hive and SharedPreferences
6. 6. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance optimization
7. 7. Proficiency in Git and version control systems, including CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
8. 8. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform guidelines
9. 9. Experience with state management frameworks such as GetX or BLoC
