Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Android applications that deliver a seamless user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, fix bugs, and improve application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Android applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver user-friendly mobile applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and technologies.
• Ensure application compatibility with various Android devices and versions.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Android Developer with a portfolio of published applications.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Familiarity with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
