Android Developer - Kotlin

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Android Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Kotlin and Android app development. You will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications with a focus on scalable architecture, clean code, and modern Android best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs (RESTful and GraphQL).
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Follow agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of proven Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and good command over Java.
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, UI design principles, design patterns (MVVM, MVI, MVP), and architecture components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc.).
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., Retrofit, Glide, Coroutines, Dagger/Hilt).
• Familiarity with Jetpack components and Compose is a plus.
• Experience working with tools like Git, JIRA, Android Studio, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of mobile security, memory management, and performance optimization.
