Position: Android Developer (Native + React Native) Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Android Developer who thrives in both native (Kotlin/Java) and React Native environments. You’ll build and maintain high-quality mobile apps, working closely with backend engineers and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless, performant experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Android apps using both native (Kotlin/Java) and React Native frameworks.
- Build reusable, modular UI components for Android, and bridge them with React Native when necessary.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and scope app features. toptal.com+15expertia.ai+15reddit.com+15
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and platform discrepancies.
- Write clean, documented, and testable code (unit & integration tests via Jest, Espresso, etc.).
- Manage native dependencies and build configurations (Gradle, Android Studio).
- Stay current with Android and React Native ecosystem trends and best practices. toptal.com
- Mentor junior developers and enforce code standards through reviews and pair programming.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
