Job Title: Android Developer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Android Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing Android applications using Java/Kotlin, with a good understanding of mobile app architecture and UI/UX standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs (REST/JSON).
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs to improve application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Follow best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in Android development.
• Proficient in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Good understanding of MVVM/MVP architecture.
• Knowledge of third-party libraries like Retrofit, Glide, Room, Firebase, etc.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Jetpack components.
• Knowledge of Google Play Store publishing process.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Basic understanding of push notifications and cloud message APIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
