Job description : Android Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications for service-related solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver customer-focused features and improvements.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience.
• Integrate external APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality.
• Conduct testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with junior developers to promote continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and service industry innovations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies within the team.

Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android app development.
• Experience with the Android SDK, different Android versions, and device compatibility.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and how to interact with back-end services.
• Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., Retrofit, Glide, etc.).
• Experience with version control using Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Knowledge of Android architecture components such as MVVM, Room, LiveData, Dagger Hilt, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose and WorkManager.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to implement user-friendly interfaces.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Android development.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining Android apps in a service industry or customer-facing environment.
• Experience with Android Studio and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
