Android & Flutter Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Android & Flutter Developer responsible for developing robust mobile applications from concept to deployment. You will work closely with our design, backend, and QA teams to deliver high-performing and visually appealing apps for Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Mobile App Development (End-to-End):

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android and Flutter mobile applications.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase, and backend services.
• Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across various devices and OS versions.

Project Ownership:

• Handle complete lifecycle of app development — requirement analysis, architecture, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and agile processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable code and maintain proper documentation for all modules.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers if needed.

Required Skills:Flutter:

• Strong 3 years experience with Dart & Flutter for both Android and iOS.
• Experience building cross-platform apps with a single codebase.

Android (Native):

• Strong command over Kotlin and/or Java.
• Understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, Material Design, and lifecycle management.

General:

• Experience with REST APIs, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Notifications), local storage (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences).
• Git version control, CI/CD integration (preferred).
• Experience with app publishing on Play Store (and App Store is a plus).
• Familiarity with push notifications, location services, camera, and third-party SDKs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Exposure to unit testing and automation.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Experience with iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Experience with BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod state management in Flutter.
• UI/UX sensibility and animation experience in Flutter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
