Time: 7 PM- 1 AM ( 3 Hrs In This Time Slot)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Angular Developer with strong experience in web accessibility (a11y) to join our growing development team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building performant and accessible user interfaces using Angular, ensuring our applications are inclusive and compliant with modern accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and maintainable Angular applications with a strong emphasis on accessibility best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure semantic structure, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility.
• Implement and maintain ARIA roles, landmarks, and accessible components.
• Conduct accessibility audits using tools like axe-core, Lighthouse, and NVDA, and resolve identified issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture and a11y guidelines.
• Work closely with QA and product teams to integrate accessibility testing in the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience with Angular (v10+).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
• Deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508).
• Experience with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard testing, and color contrast validation.
• Familiarity with tools like axe DevTools, Lighthouse, Wave, or Deque tools.
• Knowledge of ARIA attributes, focus management, and accessible forms and components.
• Experience in building and maintaining accessible design systems or component libraries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development workflows.
• Understanding of internationalization (i18n) and localization in Angular.
• Contributions to accessibility-focused open-source projects or certifications (e.g., CPACC, WAS) are a bonus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
