Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated APEX Product Developer (Java SRE) with a strong background in Java development and production support to join our team in Bangalore. The role demands an experienced individual who can manage end-to-end incident handling, ensure reliability in production environments, and contribute to development activities for a critical platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end incident management and timely resolution for critical production issues.

Handle Java-based application development, bug fixing, and enhancement in a live production environment.

Own and manage production support activities, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous availability.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and container orchestration with Kubernetes.

Utilize observability tools such as Elastic Search, ELK/ELF stacks for log analytics and performance tuning.

Monitor system health and performance using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Experience with Vert.X framework and prior exposure to AMEX platforms is a strong advantage.
Required Skills & Experience:

7–10 years of experience in Java Development and Production Support (SRE) roles.

Proven expertise in incident handling and resolving live production issues.

Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and Kubernetes.

Hands-on with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK, Elastic Search.

Working knowledge of at least one Cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with Vert.X framework and AMEX systems is a plus.
