Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management. - Strong understanding of application development frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with integration tools and technologies. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. - Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
