What this role is:

This role is centered around the development and support of our ServiceNow platform, particularly focusing on integrations and the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for building scalable solutions that enhance the user experience and optimize business processes. You'll work hands-on with internal teams to ensure our ServiceNow environment is robust, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.

This isn’t a routine maintenance position—you will be actively contributing to development and process improvement efforts, not just maintaining the status quo.

Some details about what you'll do:

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Develop and enhance capabilities within the CSM module.
• Support end-users by troubleshooting application issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers and teams to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Monitor and manage system rules to uphold data integrity and compliance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows.
• Document technical processes and provide guidance or training to users as needed.
• Participate in agile development practices and sprint planning.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow development experience, with emphasis on integrations and CSM.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and how they relate to ServiceNow functionality.
• Experience managing users, roles, and data security within ServiceNow.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to collaboration and continuous learning.
