Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for computers, printers, scanners, and other office hardware
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN and internet connectivity
- Basic configuration and support for firewalls, routers, and Wi-Fi networks
- Coordinate with service providers for internet and network-related issues
- Ensure regular system updates, backups, and antivirus checks
- Help enforce IT policies (user access, data protection, device usage)
- Maintain asset inventory and basic documentation of IT activities
- Assist in onboarding new employees (email setup, system allocation, etc.)
- Provide support for small-scale network expansion or office IT upgrades
