Team and Investors

Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum & Elevation Capital.

We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 300cr. We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 300+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing?

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot security products, including AV, MDM (JumpCloud), and DLP policy creation.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for email systems and Slack.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Manage user access, email IDs, and system credentials.
• Handle basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and routers.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Ensure regular data backup and system security.
• Support onboarding and offboarding through system setup and access management
  
  

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in IT
• Managing network (wiFi and LAN) and endpoint support
• Experience in google workspace administration and slack
• Vendor and asset management
• Worked on DLP , MDM and Antivirus
• CCNA certified
• Graduation Any
