About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for early-career engineers interested in building advanced AI workflows while contributing directly to the learning ecosystem. This role combines hands-on development, course content creation, learner support, and internal automation — ideal for individuals who love both building and teaching.

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Automation

• Assist in building Generative AI applications using multi-agent orchestration and automation tools.
• Work on AI solutions involving voice, image, and video generation.
• Fine-tune open-source AI models for specific projects.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of internal AI-powered automation systems using low-code platforms.
• Contribute ideas to improve automation and agentic workflow design within the organization.

API Integration & Backend Understanding

• Implement and consume APIs to integrate AI tools into workflows.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of API architecture, including request/response handling, authentication, and real-time integration.
• Ability to work with REST-style endpoints and modern backend frameworks to support scalable AI systems.

Content Development for Learning

• Document completed projects and convert them into learner-facing tutorials, walkthroughs, and assignments
• Create structured course content around the tools and workflows you build.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and visual references for internal and external learners.

Learner Support & Interaction

• Conduct 30-minute doubt-clearing sessions for learners to support concept clarity.
• Optionally lead live classes based on presentation and teaching capabilities.
• Provide technical mentorship and help learners apply real-world problem-solving techniques.

Work Schedule & Growth Timeline

6-day workweek with alternate week-offs (Sunday one week, a weekday off the next).

• 3-month probation period, followed by permanent employment.
• Performance review after 6 months to assess growth, learning, and contribution, leading to salary revision based on performance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of core AI and machine learning fundamentals, particularly in Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning models or building AI workflows (via projects, internships, or personal experiments).
• Basic experience with image, voice, or video generation tools.
• Practical understanding of API architecture and how to work with external/internal API endpoints.
• Comfort with Python programming and automation logic.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a willingness to teach and support others.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to low-code tools used in workflow automation.
• Awareness of how different AI tools can be orchestrated together into functioning systems.
• Comfort with collaborative and cross-functional work, especially in fast-paced environments.
