We are a growing HR tech startup building a next-generation platform that combines smart software with on-demand HR Services. We’re now looking to hire a Associate HR Business Analyst with a blend of HR insight, business acumen, and UI/UX awareness to help us shape and launch our core product.

Role Overview

As our Associate HR Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for researching HR solutions in the UK market, evaluating competitor platforms, and working closely with product and design teams to deliver an intuitive, compliant, and high-impact user experience. You should be both analytical and tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of HR workflows and product usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyse HR platforms, services, and compliance trends
• Evaluate and document UI/UX flows of competitor platforms and services
• Collaborate with product designers to improve user journey and feature clarity
• Create user stories, process maps, and product requirement documents
• Identify legal and HR compliance gaps in workflows
• Work closely with engineering and leadership to align business and product goals
• Monitor market trends and evolving user needs in HR tech.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, HR Analyst, or similar in tech or consultancy
• MBA or HR/Business-related degree.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment practices, HR workflows, and tech tools
• Tech-savvy — able to engage with SaaS tools, databases, dashboards, and API concepts
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers (Figma, wireframes, etc.)
• Excellent written and visual communication — reports, briefs, and presentations
• Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment

Desirable

• Experience with HRIS or compliance platforms
• Understanding of legal-tech or marketplace platforms
• Involvement in user testing or prototyping
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Miro, Trello, Airtable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• UK shift
• Weekend availability
