The Associate Business Analyst within the Commercial Business Operations team will help drive initiatives that improve how our teams work, support data-driven decision making, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce. This is an exciting opportunity to build a foundation in business analysis while working closely with senior analysts, sales and operations leaders, and technology partners.

The Associate Business Analyst within the Commercial Business Operations team will help drive initiatives that improve how our teams work, support data-driven decision making, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce. This is an exciting opportunity to build a foundation in business analysis while working closely with senior analysts, sales and operations leaders, and technology partners.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analysts and project teams to document current processes and help design future-state solutions.
- Translate business challenges into actionable requirements by gathering, analyzing, and validating input from stakeholders.
- Support the creation of functional and system requirements, incorporating feedback from subject matter experts and best practices.
- Assist with walkthroughs of requirements for business, development, and QA teams.
- Participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver value.
- Contribute to change management by creating documentation, training materials, and supporting end-user adoption.
- Stay current on Salesforce and analytics tools to recommend new capabilities and help optimize workflows.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field.
- Background in financial services, data services, or technology-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and communicate insights.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, or revenue operations processes, and an interest in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
- Experience with the following a plus:
- Business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
- CRM platforms like Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) or similar
- Monday.com
- Artificial Intelligence tools or concepts
