Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize MS Exchange Online Administration to ensure efficient communication services.
- Oversee MS Exchange Admin tasks to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Implement M365 Messaging solutions to enhance organizational communication capabilities.
- Lead M365 Messaging Migration projects to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
- Design and implement messaging services to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging solutions with other IT systems.
- Monitor messaging systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for messaging-related inquiries.
- Develop and maintain documentation for messaging system configurations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in messaging services.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve messaging efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud-based messaging services.
- Support the organizations mission by enhancing communication infrastructure. Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in MS Exchange Online Administration and MS Exchange Admin.
- Demonstrate expertise in M365 Messaging and M365 Messaging Migration.
- Exhibit proficiency in designing and implementing messaging services.
- Have a solid understanding of the Hi-Tech domain and its unique requirements.
- Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
