Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate, prepare, and analyze annual, quarterly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for multinational clients
- Collect relevant financial and operational data from global offices for reporting purposes
- Manage report creation and ensure execution of tasks according to client agreements and internal timelines
- Maintain accurate and updated reinsurance documentation related to pooling and captive clients
- Prepare basic to moderate financial bordereaux for various pooling and captive structures
- Collaborate with local member offices to gather data for client program reports
- Ensure timely tracking and reporting of financial data from all global partners
- Perform quarterly settlements with local members and captive clients
- Contribute to process improvement and standardization projects focused on reporting and analytics
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in reporting
Education: Bachelor's degree (any stream) or diploma (minimum 15 years of education)
