Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & communication (Only)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct data research by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data sets.
- Could be able to perform RCA and identify outliers in the data.
- Helps the customers in troubleshooting the issues related to the system. Maintaing the SLA report.
- Utilise business tools for data extraction, modelling, and troubleshooting to uncover the insights that help the customer for business growth.
- Align with organizational goals, and values and contribute to long-term success.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve common user issues.
- Communicate clearly and politely with end users. Provide timely updates to users on the status of their reported issues.
- Monitor system alerts or dashboards and report anomalies.
- Experience of 1-3 years in technical support to software products (B2B SaaS product)
- Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel Some knowledge of tools like Python/SQL.
- Should understand the renewable energy business.
- Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage his own workload.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain professionalism in all customer and internal communications.
- Be proactive in asking for help when stuck and contribute to team goals.
