Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Automation Analyst (1 – 3 years of experience) to help develop, optimize, and automate data workflows. In this role, you will work with Python, SQL, Excel VBA, or other low-code tools), and any data visualization tools to streamline data extraction, transformation, and reporting. You will be responsible for automating repetitive tasks and ensuring data accuracy across various sources. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enhance their skills in data automation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Automation & Optimization:
• Develop and maintain automated data workflows to improve efficiency.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks using Python, SQL, or low-code tools.
• Optimize existing scripts and workflows for better performance.
• Data Processing & Transformation:
• Clean, transform, and structure datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Work with SQL, Excel VBA, and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across various sources.
• Scripting & No-Code Automation:
• Write and maintain Python, SQL, or Excel VBA scripts for process automation.
• Use low-code platforms to build and refine automation workflows.
• Data Visualization & Reporting:
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Automate report generation and scheduling for business users.
• Present data insights from automated workflows to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in data automation, ETL, or data analysis.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel VBA.
• Hands-on experience with low-code tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Exposure to API integrations and database management.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
