Associate Principal Security Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using below-mentioned Tools
  • Okta (Identity Cloud, API Access Management, Single Sign-on, MFA, Auth0)
  • SailPoint (Identity Security Cloud, Lifecycle Management, Access Modeling, Compliance Management)
  • OneDS (Microsoft Active Directory)
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Delinea (Secret Server, Privilege Manager)
  • Keyfactor (Command)

• Manage user lifecycle processes, access provisioning, and de-provisioning using SailPoint and Okta.
• Expertise on REST API, to support any integration of SailPoint with target systems and Okta API’s.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies, access controls, and security best practices.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM platforms to enhance security and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and systems.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Support role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and identity governance processes.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and IAM-related issues.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
• Document IAM configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
• Expertise on application onboarding, MFA configuration, and policies configuration.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, identity governance, and privileged access management.
• Knowledge on directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Java) for automation and integration will be additional advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in IAM issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 6-10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
