Area(s) of responsibility

Your scope of work / key responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily standup and other scrum related meetings with Operations team and business partners

• Identify, manage, and help mitigate issues and risks, with particular emphasis on timely removal of impediments for the team and/or directing obstacles to appropriate owners for quick resolution

• Work closely with operations manager on work request, prioritization and strategic operations initiative including delivery timelines.

• Coordinate and support the execution/implementation of operation initiative including milestone status reporting, metrics reporting.

• Establish high level project/initiative/JIRA task visibility and transparency via agile metrics, collaborative tools and best practices

• Ensure JIRA tickets conformity is taking place among all the operation team members

so that data can be pulled and analyzed quickly

• Coordinate with operation team to update content on internal tool (IIRA, Confluence) to ensure accurate and up to date information and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to release management being followed for all RPA production deployment

• Help with regular operations audit to ensure we are compliant with operations standard, procedure and practices.
